In extreme matting, we may have to shave off the affected area. Post-shave effects are temporarily unattractive and uncomfortable. But your pet will be starting the process to re-gain healthier skin and coat. Shaving a pet often exposes pre-existing skin conditions or sores, and may cut or irritate the skin. Skin rashes, cuts, skin irritations, broken skin due to scratching are common responses to shave downs. (I understand and FULLY AGREE)

Depending on the severity of the ring worm or infection or infestation, we MAY NOT proceed with the grooming. Ring worms are contagious and may infect other cats and humans. For this reason, we MAY NOT proceed with grooming. You are advice to bring to your Vet for a shave down and treatment. (I understand and FULLY AGREE) *

If we DECLINE to proceed with the grooming, we are doing so for the safety of your Cat and our groomers. We WILL NOT accommodate any request pin down, tie up or sedating of your cat. (I understand and FULLY AGREE) *

There will be a $40 fee imposed for all Cats that has unsuccessful grooming if 2-way transport is pre-arranged. This is to cover our time and transportation cost needed to send back your Cat(s). (I understand and FULLY AGREE) *

Terms & Conditions

Kibbles Pte Ltd & Cats Garage reserves the right to refuse service to customers whose pets may pose a threat to us, our groomers or other pets in our care. This includes aggressive behaviours, health problems and/or extreme parasite or flea infestation. (I understand and FULLY AGREE) *

By acknowledging below, you indicate that you understand and AGREE to our terms of service. You also AGREE that you release Kibbles Pte Ltd & Cats Garage, its owners, employees and affiliates from all liabilities, expenses, damages and costs resulting from any service provided or complications (including infections) and injury (including death) to your Cat(s) while in our care or afterward.
