• Vaccinated within the past 1 year OR a vet test for proof of vaccine antibodies
• FELV and FIV Negative
• Cats above 6 months old must be sterilized
• Free from External and Internal parasites E.g. Fleas, Ticks, Mites
• Not exhibiting any symptoms of illness OR if just recovered, a written note has to be provided by a veterinarian decorating that the cat is free of infection.
• Nails clipped, Cat in clean and healthy condition
• At least 3 months old
• Cat Paradise Hotel reserves the right to refuse intake of any cat at check-in for any reason which may include: your cat appears sick, injured, in pain, displays aggressive behaviors, in extreme stress or puts the health and safety of any other cats and our staff at risk.

• Favorite toy
• Grooming brush
• A disposable cardboard scratcher
• A clean mat or bed
• Hard transport crate/carrier
• A pipette of Revolution spot-on (parasite prevention)
• Individually packed & labeled meals
• Each meal must be labeled in the following format along with a set of written feeding instructions:
  • Name of Cat
  • Date & Time (e.g. 13/5/2022, Lunch)

By engaging us, you agree to release Cat Paradise Hotel and our staff from all liability for any loss, expense and or equivalent that you may suffer during your cat(s)’ stay at our premises. Cat Paradise Hotel and its staff shall not be liable for any illnesses or injury contracted or suffered while your cat is boarded with us. Do note that by engaging our boarding services, we will use photos and videos of your cat(s)’ for advertising purposes.

For Cancellation and Refund — We offer refunds at our discretion and after deduction of any expenses already incurred by us provided you cancel your booking 30 days before the commencement of the boarding of your pet. However, we have a strict non-refundable, non-cancellation, non-amendable policy in the following situations:

• Reservations made for the months of June, December and Chinese New Year
• After boarding your pet, you decide to check-out your pet before the expiry of the booked boarding, regardless of the reason.

An administrative fee of 20% will be charged for any refund/cancellation
