"Amazing service. They were so helpful and prompt in replying as it was my first time leaving my cats to a boarding hotel! I went with my family and all of our first impression was that the place was really well cared for. Neat and tidy without a hint of poop smell🤣 it was so fresh and smelled like they sanitised the place really well. "Fei fei is a timid comm cat and had an injury. He is now a long term suite room resident at Cat Paradise. Cat paradise staff have been very nice to him, besides the usual feeding, they help to administer meds and also accompany him whenever time permits. Cat Paradise does not just board premium fluffy kitties. All cats regardless premium or not are treated equally over there. 5 stars ✨ review!"
