1. The programme
Cat Paradise Rewards is the free loyalty programme run by Cat Paradise Hotel. One membership and one points balance work across Cat Paradise Hotel (boarding and cat sitting) and Cats Garage grooming.
By activating rewards on your account you agree to these terms. The programme has no joining fee and no membership tiers.
2. Joining
There is no separate sign-up form. Membership activates automatically the first time you sign in to your customer account with a one-time email code. Use the same email address you book with β points are linked to that email.
On your first sign-in, we automatically add points for eligible invoices you fully paid during the 2 months before activation. Older visits do not earn points retroactively.
3. Earning points
You earn 2 points for every whole S$1 of the eligible service portion of an invoice, once that invoice is fully paid. Eligible services are hotel boarding at Cat Paradise Hotel, grooming at Cats Garage, and cat sitting home visits.
Points are not earned on transport (including pick-up, drop-off and cat taxi), service add-ons (such as Revolution treatment or carrier rental), retail products, or any discounted portion of a bill (including amounts paid with points). Points appear in your account when the invoice is settled in full, not at booking.
4. Spending points
Points are worth S$1 per 100 points and can be applied from your account to the service portion of an eligible unpaid invoice. The discount is applied to the invoice immediately and cannot be reversed once applied.
Points cannot be applied to hotel deposits, which are paid in cash to confirm a booking β points go toward the remaining balance. Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable between accounts.
5. Expiry
Points expire 12 months after they are earned. When you spend points, your oldest points are always used first.
6. Marketing emails
Rewards membership and marketing email preferences are separate. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not cancel your membership, remove your balance, or stop you earning on paid visits.
7. Fair use and changes
We may correct point balances that were credited in error and remove points obtained through fraud or abuse of the programme. If an invoice that earned points is refunded, the corresponding points may be deducted.
We may change or end the programme. If we make a material change β such as changing earn rates or expiry β we will give members reasonable notice by email, and points you have already earned will keep their value until they expire or the programme ends.
