1. Who we are
Cat Paradise Hotel is an AVS-licensed cat boarding facility at 169 Joo Chiat Road, Level 2, Singapore 427729. This policy covers the personal data we handle when you use our website, book boarding, grooming at Cats Garage, cat sitting, or join Cat Paradise Rewards.
We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
2. What we collect
Contact details: your name, email address, and phone number when you book or contact us, and your home address when you book cat sitting or transport.
Cat details: your cat's name, breed, age, health and dietary notes, and vaccination records, so we can care for them safely.
Booking and payment history: your bookings, invoices, payments, and rewards points activity.
Sign-in data: when you use a customer account, we send a one-time code to your email β we never store a password.
3. How we use your data
To provide our services: managing bookings, caring for your cat, sending daily photo and video updates during stays, issuing invoices, and running your rewards balance.
To contact you about your booking by email, phone, or WhatsApp.
To send marketing emails only if you have consented. You can unsubscribe at any time β this never affects your rewards membership or balance.
4. Payments
Card and PayNow payments are processed by HitPay, our payment provider. Your card details go directly to HitPay β we never see or store your full card number.
5. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. These tools use cookies and collect usage data such as pages visited and approximate location. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
6. Photos and videos of your cat
We take photos and videos of your cat during stays and grooming to share with you as updates. We ask for your permission before featuring your cat on our website or social media.
7. Sharing
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate β payment processing (HitPay), website hosting, email delivery, and the analytics tools above β and only what they need to do their job. Your account and rewards data is shared between Cat Paradise Hotel and Cats Garage grooming, which run on one shared account system.
8. Retention and security
We keep booking and invoice records for as long as we need them for our business and legal obligations, and rewards data for as long as your membership is active. Data is stored on secured systems with access limited to staff who need it.
9. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can withdraw marketing consent at any time. To make a request, WhatsApp us at +65 8066 0867 and we will respond within a reasonable time.
